To kick off 2016, I have the Coyne family! Mike and Sam were married this summer in Mt. Pleasant, MI and wanted to get their first family photos taken for their Christmas/New Year card. They wanted to include their cat Buster and their rambunctious pup, Lucy. It was a wild ride but we got their first family photos done and I must say they are the cutest! Buster and Lucy have lots of personality and I am sure you will be able to tell through some of the images. I wish you all a happy new year and many blessings! xoxo Liz
Merry Christmas! I love Christmas and I have been so blessed throughout the last few months to be able to spend time with so many families getting their family photos updated! I have decided to show you a little bit of some of my favorite seasonal and holiday family sessions from the last few months and if you know some of them you may even see them in your mailbox in the near future included in Christmas cards! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for making this year so successful in my hobby; turned business. I have loved getting to be apart of so many people's lives and capturing their memories for them. I hope you have a blessed time with your families and I am look forward to seeing what 2016 will bring! Thank you xoxo Liz
I was so excited when Amanda wanted me to follow her family and document their first time getting a Christmas tree with their new daughter Clara. The sun was shining and it was the perfect day to head to the Christmas tree farm. We were bundled up and it was cool enough to give Clara the cutest rosy red cheeks and nose. Clara was so well behaved and picked out the perfect tree! I love being able to travel all over the state and capture these beautiful moments in my clients lives! Consider Elizabeth Marie Photography for you next family session!
Merry Christmas from Liz! xoxo
The Lyons family is on the blog! It is so crazy to believe how much their family has grown since Heather and Jeff got married! Heather and Jeff's beautiful little ones were in my wedding in 2013 as my flower girls and I will always remember Evie (at the time 18months-ish) walking down the aisle with her big stuffed whale and making everyone laugh and relieving my husband's nerves before the ceremony. I totally planned that ;). Now their oldest is graduating and their lives are busier then ever. It is so nice to be able to spend time with them and capture this precious time in their families life together. Enjoy! xoxo Liz
The Seybert Family have been life long friends of mine and when Aaron and his wife Veronica asked if I would take photos of their newest addition it was clearly a no brainer. I love the Seybert's beautiful landscaping and I have memories in every area of their land, from going down their big hill in the back yard on sleds and wagons, to learning how to ride my bike in their driveway. I spent the evening getting to know their beautiful little one and hearing about how everyone is growing up in their family. It is so fun being able to play such an intricate part of my friends' and their families lives when babies are born, families grow and marriages happen it so important to have the right photographer to capture those special life changing moments.
... and now here comes the baby cuteness. Here is Miss Ginny <3
Amanda and James welcomed baby Clara in the to world about 5 weeks ago and their lives have been changed forever. Baby Clara had her first vacation in Traverse City and Amanda and I were so excited to have this as the backdrop to their first family photos. Baby Clara had a hard time as the session went on but we got lots of milk in her baby belly and got some very beautiful and pretty darn adorable pictures of her and her new mommy and daddy. xoxoxo Enjoy!
The Hahn Family was a joy to work with and all so photogenic! Jacqueline got a hold of me to do family photos for a mothers day present and I must say this was the perfect gift! It was so great to see a friend from my childhood and also give their mom some great updated photos. I am so glad that the rain held off for us and gave us some beautiful lighting in the woods! Enjoy!
The Zeigler Family and I enjoyed the beautiful sunny Sunday on Stevenson Lake. This family of four was so photogenic and excited to get pictures celebrating their love towards each other. Wyatt and Tessa were a joy to photograph and so much fun to be around. Thank you for letting me capture this beautiful moment in your lives. Enjoy!
